Boiled Egg fry

Boiled egg fry is a very basic recipe for the beginners. It is a very tasty recipe to serve. Boiling the egg, cutting it to half and shallow frying with light spices in oil. Just so simple. 
Preparation time: 15 minutes

Ingredients:
Boiled egg-2
Red chilli powder -as required
Black Pepper powder -as required
Any dry masala powder - as required [optional]
Salt as per taste
Oil -2 tspoons

Method:

  1. Make halves of boiled eggs. 
  2. Take pan ,Add 1 tspoon of oil, spread. Place the flat side of eggs on pan. let it get fried for 2 minutes. 
  3. Turn the eggs. Sprinkle salt, red chilli powder and black pepper powder on eggs[and any dry masala powder]. Let it get fried for 1 min on other side too. 
  4. Boiled egg fry is ready and really very yummy.
