Ingredients:
Boiled egg-2
Red chilli powder -as required
Black Pepper powder -as required
Any dry masala powder - as required [optional]
Salt as per taste
Oil -2 tspoons
Method:
- Make halves of boiled eggs.
- Take pan ,Add 1 tspoon of oil, spread. Place the flat side of eggs on pan. let it get fried for 2 minutes.
- Turn the eggs. Sprinkle salt, red chilli powder and black pepper powder on eggs[and any dry masala powder]. Let it get fried for 1 min on other side too.
- Boiled egg fry is ready and really very yummy.
