Avarekaalu usli/ Surthi papdi/Hyacinth beans sundal is a tasty, easy and quick recipe. It makes a nice side dish along with food or can be good snack in the evening. the procedure is described below

Ingredients:
Fresh or Frozen Avarekaalu -400 gms [Boil in cooker for one whistle with salt and water]
Turmeric powder-2 pinch
Ginger paste- 1/4 tspoon
Chopped Green chilli -4
Chopped Onion-1
Coriander leaves-1 tspoon
Grated coconut -1 tablespoon
Salt to taste
Cumin seeds
Mustard seeds
Oil -4 tspoons

Method:
- In a kadai add oil, when oil is hot Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, curry leaves, asafoetida, green chilli, ginger paste, onion, grated coconut and fry for few minutes.
- Add boiled Avarekaalu and coriander leaves and mix well , stir for few minutes and switch off the flame.
