Ingredients:
For Marination:
Chicken Small piece - 1/2kg
Curd/yogurt -10 tspoons
Red chilli powder-1 to 2tspoon
Black pepper powder-1 to 2tspoon
Turmeric powder-2 pinch
Ginger garlic paste- 1/2tspoon
Garam masala -1/2tspoon
Food red colour- pinch (optional)
Dhaniya/Coriander seeds powder-1/2 tspoon
Lemon juice-few drops
Salt to taste
Oil -3tspoon
Cashewnuts -10gms
Method:
- Mix all the ingredients mentioned above. Keep it for 3-4 hours.
- In a pan add 3 t spoon of oil, when oil is hot add the marinated chicken and fry closing the lid, until its boiled and by stirring in between.
- Once its cooked well,remove the lid and fry until it become dry, add cashew nuts too and sprinkle lemon juice.
