Tawa Egg Burji/Scrambled Egg on Tava

Egg Burji/Scrambled Egg made on tawa gives a different taste. It is same as the usually Egg burji we prepare at home. But when we prepare it on Tawa the texture and taste will be extremel awesome. Do try Egg Burji on Tawa and enjoy
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Servings: 1

Eggs - 2
Chopped green chilli-1
Chopped Onion-1/2
Chopped Coriander leaves
Chopped Tomato- 1 small
Red chilli powder-1/4 tspoon
Black pepper powder -1/2 tspoon
Turmeric powder-pinch
Salt as per taste
Oil-1 tablespoon

  1. Take a tawa, add oil, when oil is hot add chopped green chilli and chopped onion cook for 3 minutes.
  2. Add Tomato , cook for 2 minutes
  3.  Add salt, red chilli powder, pepper powder, turmeric powder and coriander leaves and mix well.
  4.  Check the taste of this mixture, the salty taste should be little extra to compensate when eggs are added. 
  5. Break the eggs- mix well. The taste of egg burji /Scrambled egg when its done tawa tastes different and yummy.
