Egg Veggies

Egg veggies: Chopped vegetables coated with egg. A very tasty recipe to enjoy... Easy and simple yet tasty. Do prepare this healthy dish. Makes a good combination with roti, bread or as a snack too

Preparation time: 30 minutes
Servings: 1cup per serving





Ingredients:
[Chop all the vegetables as you wish, I have done long cuts/slices]
Eggs - 3
Chopped Onion-1/2 cup
Chopped Capsicum/ Korean pepper- 1/4 cup
Slit Green chillies -2
Frozen green peas -1/4 cup
Chopped Cauliflower -1/2 cup
Chopped Carrot -1/4 cup
Chopped Cilantro
Cumin powder-1/2 tspoon
Black pepper powder -1/2 tspoon
Soya Sauce -2 tspoons
Chilly sauce -1/4 tspoon
Salt as per taste
Oil-1 tablespoon


Method:
  1. Take oil in pan, when oil is hot add chopped cauliflower, green peas along with salt, when they are half cooked, add green chillies, onion, capsicum, carrot. cook them.
  2. Add Cumin powder, black pepper powder, soya sauce, chilli sauce. Mix well and sauté for few minutes. Garnish with cilantro.
  3. Can eat this as a side dish or can use in Sandwich or as an evening snack
