Ingredients:
Chicken - 400gms
Corn flour - 1tspoon
Curd -1table spoon
Black pepper powder-1tspoon
Turmeric powder-2 pinch
Ginger garlic paste- 2tspoon
Clove and cinnamon powder-1/4tspoon
Finely Chopped Green chillies -2
Chopped coriander leaves-1tablespoon
Soya sauce -1tspoon
Lemon juice-few drops
Salt to taste
Oil-2tspoon
Method:
- Marination: Chicken with curd, salt, Ginger garlic paste,Turmeric powder, green chillies, corn flour, soya sauce and clove cinnamon powder. Marinate for 1 hour.
- Take a kadai, Add oil. when oil is hot add Marinated chicken pieces. close the lid and cook the chicken completely. Keep stirring in between.
- Add black pepper powder and mix well. Sprinkle lemon juice and coriander leaves.
- The tasty pepper chicken is ready to serve
