Egg Kabab

Egg Kabab is a tasty egg recipe. The batter prepared with corn flour and heavy spices. This batter is coated on boiled eggs pieces and deep fried to get kababs

Preparation time: 20 minutes
Serving: 10 kababs per servings

For Kabab paste:
Corn flour - 1 table spoon
Egg yolk of one egg
Red chilli powder-1 to 2tspoon
Black pepper powder-1 to 2tspoon
Turmeric powder-2 pinch
Ginger garlic paste- 1 tspoon
Garam masala -1 tspoon
Coriander leaves and Green chilli paste-1tspoon
Food red color- pinch
Dhaniya /Coriander seeds powder-1/2 tspoon
Lemon juice-few drops
Salt to taste
Oil for deep Frying

Boiled eggs cut into 4 equal pieces

How its made:

1. Mix all the ingredients mentioned above into a thick paste like consistency.
2.In a pan add more oil , Dip the piece of egg in the above mentioned kabab paste to form a thin layer on it and put into oil, just deep fry for 1 or 2 min and remove eggs kababs.
3.Tasty egg kabab is ready
