Ingredients:
Green gram/Hesarukaalu -150gms [ Soak the green gram overnight and boil in a vessel water and salt, Dont use cooker to boil it, it will get mashed]
Mustard seeds -1/4tspoon
Cumin seeds-1/4tspoon
Turmeric powder-2 pinch
Ginger paste- 1/4tspoon
Chopped Green chilli -4
Chopped Onion-1
Coriander leaves-1tspoon
Grated coconut -1tablespoon
Salt to taste
Oil -4tspoons

Method:
- In a kadai add oil, when oil is hot add mustard seeds, cumin seeds,curry leaves, asafoetida, green chilli, ginger paste, onion, grated coconut and fry for few minutes.
- Add boiled green gram and coriander leaves and mix well , stir for few minutes and switch off the flame.
