Fried Chicken with Salad

Fried chicken with salad. When we say kids wont like eat spicy chicken we can go for fried chicken which is liked very much by kids. Chicken pieces are  just marinated with corn flour along with light spices and deep fried in oil. The taste will very nice, Just to make it up a meal add salad of onion, tomato, avacado, baby carrot, boiled olives and chickpeas along with lettuce.

Serving: 4

Ingredients:
For marination:
Chicken pieces sliced thin-250 gm
Ginger garlic paste-1tspoon
Turmeric powder -1/4tspoon
Salt as per taste
Corn flour-1tablespoon
Egg-1
Oil -1tspoon
Red chilli powder o black pepper powder -1tspoon
Oil-for deep frying

For Salad:
Onion
Tomato
lettuce
Salted Olives
Boiled Chickpeas

Method:

  1. Marinate the chicken pieces along with the ingredients mention in marination.
  2. Keep it in refrigerator for an  hour or more and then deep fry. Drain excess oil on tissue towel.
  3. Serve with salads.
