Green peas Palya

Green peas palya  will be very tasty dish along with lunch or dinner. Very simple and yummy it is. Main ingredients are green peas, onion and tomato. Try and let me know how you like it.

Ingredients:
Fresh /Frozen Green peas-300gms
Onion-1/2
Tomato-1
Curry leaves
Coriander leaves
Ginger garlic paste -1tspoon
Red chilli powder -1.5tspoon
Cumin Powder- 1tspoon
Coriander seeds powder -1tspoon
Any vegetable masala -1tspoon[Optional] can use Garam masala
Turmeric powder -1/4tspoon
Salt-as per taste
Oil -1tablespoon

Method:

  1. In a deep pan/kadai- take oil, when oil is hot add curry leaves, chopped onion, Green peas, Ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, salt and fry it by stirring in between by closing the lid of pan. 
  2. Cook completely, if necessary add some water to help cooking green peas. 
  3. Add Chopped tomato, Red chilli powder, Cumin powder, Coriander seeds powder, vegetable masala/Garam masala and mix well and fry for few more minutes.
  4.  Garnish with coriander leaves.
