Ingredients:
Boiled/cooked rice -2cups
Garlic Crushed - 12 cloves
Curry leaves -5
Chopped Coriander leaves
Mustard seeds -1/4tspoon
Jeera/Cumin seeds -1/4tspoon
Jeera/Cumin powder - 1/2tspoon
Black pepper powder- 1/2tspoon
Coriander powder -1/4tspoon
Salt as per taste
Asafoetida/Hing -pinch
Turmeric powder- Pinch
Oil -1/2tablespoon
Method:
- Take a kadai, add oil. When oil is hot add mustard seeds, Asafoetida, cumin seeds, Crushed garlic.When garlic turns golden color, add curry leaves, cumin powder, coriander powder, black pepper powder, turmeric powder, salt and stir well.
- Now add cooked rice and mix well for 2 minutes. Garnish with coriander leaves.
- Tasty Garlic rice is ready to serve.
