Egg Masala

Egg Masala is a spicy gravy spread on boiled egg , this make the boiled egg very yummy. Boiled Egg with spicy masala made with Onion, tomatoes, bell pepper and Indian spices. Quick and tasty.
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Serving : 2 eggs per serving

Boiled Eggs - 3
Chopped Onion-1/2 cup
Chopped Capsicum/Bell pepper chopped- 1/2 cup
Chopped Coriander leaves -1 tablespoon
Chopped Tomato-1/2 cup
Red chilli powder-1/4 tspoon
Cumin powder-1/2 tspoon
Black pepper powder -1/2 tspoon
Turmeric powder- 1/8 tspoon
Ginger  paste -1/4 tspoon
Garlic paste -1 tspoon
Garam masala - 1/2 spoon
Coriander seeds powder - 1/2 spoon
Salt as per taste
Oil-1 tablespoon

  1. Take oil in pan, when oil is hot add chopped onion, tomato, capsicum, ginger garlic paste, garam masala, boil for 3 min and then add salt, red chilli powder, pepper powder, Cumin powder, Coriander powder, turmeric powder and coriander leaves and mix well and cook for sometime until oil oozes out.
  2.  Cut the eggs into halves and Spread this masala on the boiled eggs.
  3. Enjoy the tasty yummy Masala egg.
