Boiled Eggs - 3
Chopped Onion-1/2 cup
Chopped Capsicum/Bell pepper chopped- 1/2 cup
Chopped Coriander leaves -1 tablespoon
Chopped Tomato-1/2 cup
Red chilli powder-1/4 tspoon
Cumin powder-1/2 tspoon
Black pepper powder -1/2 tspoon
Turmeric powder- 1/8 tspoon
Ginger paste -1/4 tspoon
Garlic paste -1 tspoon
Garam masala - 1/2 spoon
Coriander seeds powder - 1/2 spoon
Salt as per taste

Method:
- Take oil in pan, when oil is hot add chopped onion, tomato, capsicum, ginger garlic paste, garam masala, boil for 3 min and then add salt, red chilli powder, pepper powder, Cumin powder, Coriander powder, turmeric powder and coriander leaves and mix well and cook for sometime until oil oozes out.
- Cut the eggs into halves and Spread this masala on the boiled eggs.
- Enjoy the tasty yummy Masala egg.
