Ingredients:
Horse gram/Huralikaalu -200gms [ Soak overnight and boil in cooker with water and salt for about 4 whistles]
Mustard seeds- 1/4spoon
Cumin seeds-1/2 spoon
Turmeric powder-2 pinch
Ginger paste- 1/4tspoon
chopped Green chilli -4
Chopped Onion-1
Coriander leaves-1tspoon
Grated coconut -1tablespoon
Salt to taste
Oil -4tspoons

Method:
- In a kadai add oil, when oil is hot add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, curry leaves, asafoetida, green chilli, ginger paste, onion, grated coconut and fry for few minutes.
- Add boiled Horsegram and coriander leaves and mix well , stir for few minutes and switch off the flame.
